Hi, I am Melissa DiVito and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of A Big Life, LLC. I help individuals learn to quiet the inner critic, reclaim their peace and live the Big Life they deserve. My work in the Healthcare field has provided me with experience working with older adults, caregivers and those navigating chronic illness. My approach is collaborative, warm, and entirely non-judgmental. I weave together a variety of therapeutic interventions to help you heal and move forward. Do you lack transportation, are elderly and homebound or unable to leave your home easily due to being a caregiver? I offer both Telehealth Sessions and In Home Sessions where I come to you. Both options allow you to heal from the comfort of your own home.
